Our Story

We believe that if we all make small everyday changes we CAN make a BIG difference.

Hi and welcome to Eco Helping Hand. We're a family owned Australian business based in Brisbane, Queensland.

Our eco journey started just like many others: curb-side rubbish bins overflowing every week, curb-side recycle bin virtually empty, heavily reliant on plastic bags and plastic containers.

We knew we needed to make a change but it all seemed too hard! We tried to change everything all at once, but it soon became so overwhelming and unsustainable that we stopped doing anything at all.

After watching the War on Waste series, our confidence grew and we decided to start our journey again by making small, manageable changes one step at a time. With every new bit of information we learn, we tweak and adapt what we're doing, so the choices we make matter.
